Happy Memorial Day!
It sure felt great to have a plan for last week. I've got a request though,
I'm looking for your favorite family-friendly and Weight Watchers-friendly recipes! Especially those that are quick, easy, and that don't require 20 different items. Oh yeah - would be great if it was all that PLUS tasted pretty good at the same time...Any tips you have would be much appreciated.
As of now, we have plans for the following dinners:
- BBQ leftovers (salads with grilled chicken chicken, for example)
- pizza braid, raw veggies
- breakfast for dinner
- orange chinese chicken, jasmine rice, steamed green beans and peppers
- ribs, corn on the cob, au gratin potatoes
- hot dogs & mini hamburgers, broccoli slaw, baked beans, cottage cheese, baked chips
