I was a good girl and made a list of our planned meals using what we had on hand and what was on sale at Price Chopper this week. Not sure which meal will happen on which day, but here's the run down (with recipes where possible):
- Pork Roast (in crockpot), mashed potatoes & gravy, veggies
- Italian Pasta Bake, garlic bread, salad
- At home deli sandwiches (heated turkey or meatball subs, like at Quiznos), tortilla chips with Mimi's layered dip (much like this recipe, but she uses canned turkey chili), fresh cut veggies & ranch dressing
- Beef Stirfry with frozen veggie mix, rice
- Honey cornbread chicken wings (I wanted to try this recipe knowing that my kids like corndogs so much!), corn, au gratin potatoes
